All services are self-pay only. Insurance is not accepted. 

We accept FSA/HSA ,credit/debit cards(Apple Pay), and cash. 

If needed, We can provide a receipt for insurance reimbursement. 

But we cannot guarantee approval due to different insurance policies.

Card payments incur a 3% processing fee.

Cash payments receive a 5% discount.
